tired of dealing with with people at nextel / sprint that act stupid and will not help you belive it or not i found someone that does care about their job and took care of my problem in about five minutes after dealing with the stupid non english border jumpers there is and old saying that you get what you pay for i am refering to the empolyes that give no service but if you want to talk with someone who will help call shondra collier at 1- 866-727- 0665 the address is ( sprint - executive & regulatory services 4701 mercantile dr n. forth worth, tx 76137 ) hope this will be of great service to all GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU
