These people seem that they could care less about servicing their customers. I brought a phone that could charge to the charging port breaking , the little asian lady (I don't know her name ) told me that they could not fix it and that I would have to file an insurance claim. My company purchased an iPhone6 for me in December from met tel, 3 weeks ago it got wet and wouldn't turn on so my company ordered a replacement iPhone 6 through met tel. after 7 days i finally received the phone, however it will not allow me to make calls. after numerous calls to met tel (50 or more)i am still no closer to having a phone than i was 3 weeks ago. what the----? nobody seems to know what the problem is and after 3 weeks of run... I am getting calls from Nextel Communications cell number 603-944-4113. When I answer, there is no one there. Obviously this is a prank caller. I am on the do not call list. I get these calls almost every night. Can you notify this cell owner that he/she must cease and desist or followup action will be taken. I have no way for reaching the caller, but I'll bet your company does. Any assistance you may provide would be greatly appreciated.... Read more

We are patrons of NEXTEL which is for a bit longer a division of Sprint. Seems there are some legal issues that is making Sprint have to seel Nextel. Anyhow, we have been with NEXTEL for almost 4 years straight and have been happy with them for that amount of time excluding the present time in question. I signed up for automatic billing, which was confirmed in writing by Sprint. I was instructed very specifically in a letter from Sprint to stop manual payments. Four weeks later I received a letter exclaiming "Collection Alert!" My phones were also disconnected. I called customer service right away, and spoke to two different reps. I have had your service for awhile now. I am very unhappy and I want out of my contracts with no cancelation fee. This year my 2nd line was going to expire, ok I called and said to cancel it when the time was Up. Well I called back and said don’t cancel the line, just give me the 2 new phones and I will sign up again for 2 more years. When i first started using Nextel, I was very happy with the service. The Walkie Talkie feature made it much easier for me to communicate with friends and coworkers without using minutes. I was a loyal, bill paying customer for over 6 years. nextel is the worst service i have ever had!!!! they shut your service off all the time. yesterday i called and asked about my minutes i was told i had bonus minutes to use so i used them today my phone is shut off b/c i was over my minutes and was charged with 60 buck in overages and told me they were sorry but they can't do anything even though i had the name time and date of the women the mess up every month and if you complain to much...
